Jeff’s letters to Amazon shareholders are an insightful read. They are a must-read for every entrepreneur, product manager, or anyone who is innovating at any level.

There was no centralized repository of all the letters, so I decided to collect all of them here. I’ll keep updating this list every year. Let me know your feedback/ideas regarding this collection.

Note: The annual letter to shareholders for a year (e.g. 2021) comes at the beginning of the next year (e.g. 2022). Also, I should start calling this list Amazon CEO letters to Shareholders because they are now written by Andy Jassy, current CEO of Amazon.

Goldmine:

1997 Amazon letter to shareholders was originally appended at the end of 1998 letter so you’ll find that from the 6th page onwards in 1998 letter below.
